SHIPPING POLICY — BENTO316
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods (launches, sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
• Standard shipping: 5–8 business days — $5.99 flat rate
• Expedited shipping: 2–4 business days — calculated at checkout
• Free standard shipping on all orders over $75
Free shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on your country and customs processing. The customer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country. Bento316 is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time via the carrier's website or through your Bento316 account order history. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@bento316.com.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Bento316 is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit once they leave our facility. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we will do our best to assist. Damaged orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage sent to support@bento316.com.
ADDRESS CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Address changes or order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify the destination address or cancel the order.
